The room was very clean and nice We took our do not disturb sign off the door on the 3rd day we was their for them to change our sheets and get the trash and the dirty towels but none of that happened they only left clean towels

Clean and the staffs was wonderful and very helpful. I will definitely come back again. And it was on the strip and we was able to get out and walk to the stores and shop. It was lovely. I definitely will be back very soon.

There was not enough parking for all the people that were staying there. We were afraid to leave because we would have no where to park when we came back.

We enjoyed our stay here, other than the shower water didn’t get hot at all. But the sink water was very hot, and the front desk attendant needs to let ppl know if they are staying more than 3 days the room service don’t come on that 3rd day and you have to go request towels and wash cloths.

To say we will never stay here again is an under statement. The pictures make it look a whole lot better than it is. Granted they’re in the middle of renovations, but that should have been something that was communicated before hand. Our room was dirty and had trash still in it. They have lights in the headboard that did nothing but flicker all night long. There were people in the back of the parking lot working on cars into late hours of the night. The elevator is sketchy. It has like windows inside that when you look through it’s just like cardboard and spiderwebs. Front desk was very nice and was glad to give us a refund, as we only stayed here the first night and then moved somewhere else because of how uncomfortable it was for us. I’ve been coming to Gatlinburg for the last 20 years with my family and this was hands down the worst hotel we walked into. Only nice thing was the newly installed smart mirror.
